Assoc. Prof. Katarzyna Kosicka-Noworzyń, M.Sc., PhD, from the Chair and Department of Physical Pharmacy and Pharmacokinetics received the Scholarship of the Kosciuszko Foundation for a research project in Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
During her six-month stay in the USA, prof. Kosicka-Noworzyń will conduct research into the pharmacokinetics of drugs in patients with obesity. The internship supervisor is dr. Leonid Kagan from the Department of Pharmaceutics, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy.
